sleeepy

this yesterday afternoon was a dream of inavoidable mass terror taking place in a town that resembled tarpon springs and new orleans, driving around with the hooligans to a store filled with stuffed animals owned by elgg rivven. nick and corey were picking animals to sleep with so they could sell them the next day. a cozy little hut with just enough twists and turns to make me think i've dreamt it before. ..it's the town to the beach with the big ocean liner. down the strip was a sandwich shop who's sole employee was billy bob thornton. i asked for ham and cheese on a sub and potato salad, knowing exactly what i wanted and look how the dream messes with me and hands me half of that, and half an egg salad sandwich. here, things turn nasty. already getting subtle hints that something is wrong it's becoming painfully aware danger is off the coast. my grandmother's house is nearby and teeming with refugees from this crisis-- the animals have gone mad. and not in a cheery supernintendo game sort of way either. the skies have darkened and they are all on the prowl, at one point before i woke up i was attempting to kick cockroaches and lizards out of the house as they slipped between my feet. i run inside and crum [as it appears he is now known] is there talking to my grandmother, and pretty calm. as was everyone inside. i run back outside. and.. nothing. everything looks normal, but there's no noise and moonlight on moist grass where patches of people were standing. a group of people are standing around julie and screaming about the animals who did this. i'm invited to look and see flesh the color of fishbellies and decide to turn away in fear of what my subconcious imagination might have to offer. brad, crying, tells me of a dragon that came and the destruction that followed.. our only friend a single butterfly.

the tree taken down years ago was back.

my brain is too lazy too think of much else as it is now sunday morning and not saturday night.
