oh yeah my back is okay now

i don't know what i did to it, but it hurt a lot

i had some scary chiropractor crackin' (which really wasn't that scary) some sleeping on the floor and outside with wind and palm trees and had wild dreams and got double teamed on some reiki

i don't know what i did, but the problem is that i am uprooting myself and deep roots don't come out easy
