i love that there are parts of this book that make me laugh everytime i read it:

The observing world consists of a house plant bearing the name Bob & Fred II. Bob & Fred II observes Sara�s facial expressions with disinterest. His response consists of a stretching of the roots, to demonstrate that he is outgrowing his bucket, and why should he give a crap about existentialism when he is clearly in need of a bucket transplant. To emphasize his point, he knocks himself over.

hopefully this will extend to the general population
