yesterday i cooked. i made chicken breast with this rice/avocado/tomato/corn/green pepper concoction. add lemon and some pepper.

today i made this salad with strawberries, chopped almonds, avocado and green peppers. little feta and leftover chicken for kevin and i, none for katie cause she doesn't eat those things. i made a 'dressing' with the juice of two lemons and a mango, some ginger and pepper and fresh basil.

i felt like a genius.

today we visited the seward co-op and from then on, stuck in my head was this is the dawning of the age of aquarius

and its the first time that song hasn't bugged the shit out of me
