cleaning and cooking in a mostly dark room. i set three lbs of chicken to poach and it heated up the kitchen further. minnesotans don't seem to care for central air. my chicken kitchen is too hot for lights. not really cooking. poaching chicken, slicing mushrooms, setting a pitcher of coffee to cold-brew. all preparation.

fiona apple, all day every day. concert on monday. finally in my life. finally i also changed the strings on my acoustic. the jazzmaster still waits. still i've barely played.

i started to feel a little crazy after staying in the house for two days straight, so i went to the gym yesterday. finally. i felt much better afterward. i would've gone today if it werenot for time constraints. i should figure out when to go tomorrow. i'd like to go in the morning, but i'd also like to go to work early. these are the problems i have now. this is my life one day at a time.
