you know what you should probably not do is take some meds and a benadryl before bed, then put on a sleeping podcast that is just someone reading alice in wonderland. especially if you're unaware it's going to autoplay after the first hour-long episode. you're going to fall asleep as alice faaaaalls and then you're going to have weird dreams. when you wake up, you'll see it played through six hours. or maybe you should do that? i'm not your doctor
