I watched The Menu again. I cried at it again, because sometimes I cry at things I think are good. But then my emotions got confused and thought I was sad because I was crying.

After so many days of feeling up and great, it doesn't feel good. I have to remind myself that there is a normal/regular setting, and it's not all black and white. I can exist in the middle.
