THE best way to do.. anything. is to buy the cd. BUY THE CD. (and burn it, shh) and then see the band live a few days later.

my ears are STILL ringing. not enough to be terrifyingly irritating but enough to remind me of being there.

silly emo indie kids with their glasses (hush) and their windtunnel hair and bandanas! around the waist now. they all make me giggle. happy goths, as nick said. go ahead and look at me funny, cause sara a few years ago? oh kids, you wouldn't have been able to toooouch her. anyway, they were cute. and everywhere i looked i saw them and i watched and i tell you. i am nineteen years old, almost twenty. and i'm starting to notice. not because i'm getting OLD but because i look around and these kids, they look like.. kids. visibily younger.

the other bands were. okay. the same thing happened with each of them. they'd start playing, and i'd be mildly interested. but a few songs in and i'd be bored. and the first band. the singer reminded me WAY too much of casey for comfort. facial expressions, body movements, things that were supposed to be casual and spontaneous but were written just as much as every note.

denison marrs was. lovely and loud and adlafja;sdviuv.adl. i had hoped they would play ps148, but didn't really expect them to, and was kind of glad they didn't. because. what that song can do to me in the privacy of my own home. crumbled sara mess right in front of the stage, right behind the stupid guy with the black (& possibly mild) cigarillos. and you may say, "hey, you hypocritical smoker!" and i would say, "oh my friend, but you are wrong, for i have the demon chained to wall!" and then i would add "and even in the days he ran wild, i was never quite so rude as this fellow here." and if i had been a better person i would have asked him to go away, but instead i just thought about ACCIDENTALLY smacking him in the head.

noandoadno. bad. now. music! yes. music. was amazing. i said that. oh my, the train has derailed and just in time.

because that white boxy thing i didn't want to jinx... we're going to pick it up right this instant.
