if i accept my short stature and wear flatfooted shoes to work, then you must understand the lack of comfort i consequently am experiencing. and despite my sacrifice of a few but important inches, my entire back-- as opposed to only the lower-- feels.. awful. the only pain is really in my lower back and my shoulders, and it's only moderately affecting me. but. i feel like i need to be played like an accordian. i stand and i sit compulsively stretching trying to relieve whatever the fuck this is supposed to be. but i can't identify it so i can't do much about it but sit awkwardly and try not to breathe too deeply.
