yesterday i was driving to the store and thinking about how to best put into words my thoughts on the universe and religion things and specifically, one of my greatest loves, synchronicity

and thinking hard i was

and walking across the parking lot i hear from behind me

the older white woman and her excited yawp at a sight long since seen
the younger black man holding his umbrella yelling, "giiiiirrrl. i was just thinking about you fifteen minutes ago!"

and watched them marvel in the magic
